Who is Griselda?
This is Griselda...
Isn't she beautiful? She is sitting by me right now in my studio/office. Lynn found here 30 years ago when she was a little girl.
I was fascinated to learn about the history of these exquisite Vienna Art Plates. I learned a great deal from this wonderful website: http://www.tinviennaartplates.com/
By the markings on our plate, she was probably a souvenir or decoration in an old Boston pub...way before "Cheers" more likely 1907. Considering her age, she is a real beauty.
We are willing to give her a new home for $100.00 or best reasonable offer.
Oh, yes by the way...Lynn was my art student when she was in junior high school. We have formed a wonderful friendship that has stood the test of time. Now we are combining our creative energy by selling exceptional vintage finds on Etsy. Our shop?

We are Patti and Lynn, two lovely Maine gals with a real flare

I was Lynn's art teacher over 30 years ago. Our friendship, like good
vintage, has survived the test of time. Teacher and student, each with
an eye for beauty and detail. We are as honest and as fun loving as the

Lynn lives up North, " dontcha know," in Moscow, as in Maine, not Russia. Me, I am of Russian descent but 100% American and a city slicker. I have lived in Portland for over 33 years. So we pretty much have the state covered geographically.
Lynn is responsible for finding all our wicked good vintage items. I am doing the "teacher-like" thing, bookkeeping, listings, billing as well as being shop photographer. This will be my second shop on Etsy. I have had my Loves Paris Studio...
